Short five stars though. With the variety comes some inconsistencies. Some of the eclair dough tasted a bit on the stale side. Also the cream varied, some were light and airy while others seemed like there was too much sugar and the crystals didn't fully dissolve. Minor gripe, eclairs priced at $5.00 but rang up at $5.20 before tax.

We stayed at an apartment on Rue Cler for 6 nights. I'm ashamed to say that we did not take advantage of L'Eclair until our 5th night. It was SO good we ended up returning for dinner our 6th night and breakfast the morning we left. The waiters were simply wonderful and took such good care of us. I wish I'd thought to snap more pictures.
